Success! It actually ended up being much easier than I thought it would be to produce the sombrero function from yesterday. What do you mean it doesn’t look like a sombrero? It kind of does, at least around the middle, maybe. A little. Don’t blame me, I didn’t do the math I just modeled it. If I have time I think I might go back and see what other height field images I can produce.
